.flv or .mp4 for Premium recorded streams?

When streams are recorded on livestream.com's servers for a Premium account, in what format are they saved -- .mp4? .mov? .flv?

We'd like to put our recorded streams on YouTube. We'd like to be able to download an .mp4 file - ideally recorded at a higher bitrate (e.g., 1600 kbps) than we'd stream (~ 900 kbps) --- so that when YouTube compresses it again, it doesn't look too bad. Is that possible?

Streams are recorded on Livestream in either .mp4 or .flv format, depending on your preference and what you use to encode. Using Procaster will result in a .mp4 file, while streaming through the Livestream Studio on the web will result in a .mp4 or .flv file (you can choose between the two if you have premium). Your streams will be saved at the same bitrate at which they are encoded.
