In order for your stream to be available on your Blackberry and other mobile devices, you must be streaming in a mobile compatible format. Currently, only h.264 video with AAC audio is supported on Mobile. We recommend streaming with Procaster (http://www.procaster.com) for this. What have you been using as an encoder?

100radioweb,

Could you please confirm wish preset or bit rate you're encoding at and whether you have mobile checked in the preferences menu.

Please provide the version of procaster you are using, and the model of your blackberry phone.

Default This version of Procaster

I just loaded an older version of procaster and it worked with that Version 10.0.124. So it is definitely the 20.XXXX series that is not working with the mobile streaming.
Livestream.com please look into this if you can, thanks for you assistance in advance.

You should have a better experience viewing Livestream from m.livestream.com/channelname in BlackBerry devices.

Best,
Jason
