How to delete my channel/restore a channel I accidently deleted

You should contact support directly. Make sure it's actually gone and not just missing from VOD or auto pilot. To be safe, many producers also record to their local hard drive (which Procaster and many other streaming applications support).

One more question if you don't mind. When I try to view the recorded videos on the livestream or the ones imported from youtube it doesn't work. Though it does say for the livestream recorded vids that they are currently being imported. Does this mean it's just a matter of time before they are restored or are they gone for good?

I don't remember the exact date but if I remember correctly it was about 3 months ago.

That explains things then. Content on our servers that is from deleted accounts is cleared once a month, unfortunately we will not be able to recover it.

I deleted my channel because I wanted to reamake it, but with the same name.
Now it's not possible.

How much time the old name will last in the database?
Or I'll never be able to use it again?

Sorry, I made a topic on Support and didn't see this one =/

Well, I didn't knew that my username would be used as my login, then I tought: let's delete my channel and this account so that I can use the name name again with another username.

But then, I just wanted to do a test and can't use the same channel. Can I recover my old channel "MikeShox" so I can transfer it to a new account? Just saw this option was possible after reading this topic =/
