Any what's the best way to capture a still image on camera and keep it there while audio is playing?

As long as your channel is not violating our TOS by streaming copyrighted content and meets the following standards you shouldn't have an issue getting verified.

You can capture a still image by utilizing Procaster in desktop mode.
