Limited videos?

Is there a limit on how many recordings I can have per day with a free account? My first recording (always a test) always has audio and video. All subsequent tests and shows have video only. Why is this?

You can record as many videos per day as you'd like. The sound issue you're experiencing sounds like a workflow issue on your end - if you open a ticket in our support center, someone will be able to work with you to pinpoint the issue:
