Exclamation Going Black
in our Channel they goes to black using auto pilot feature in livestream studio. every time it goes from one video to another !
please can some body let me know wath happens?

coamomall,

Could you please confirm that each of the storyboards you have added in autopilot have a video in them. If you've added storyboards that have failed recordings on them this behavior could occur.

yes they have videos on the storyboards .. in the studio we seen Ok! but when I saw from the channel
http://www.livestream.com/coamomalltv theres the problem!

I believe what you're referring to is the fade to black transition between videos.

Default yes it goes black
it maintains in black with only audio of the storyboard currently playing.If I refresh the page were embed it and seens again!
