LS Not opening + Error Message. [please read!]

Okay, so for some reason Livestream's Procaster decided not to work anymore and I got an error message telling me that the shortcut link is broken. I keep un-installing and re-installing the new version but the message still appears! :c
I've also tried making a new account and installing on that, but the same message appears. Ugh. On the desktop, there is no 'procaster' icon. :|

Right now, I've just re installed the newest version. Same thing.
It says 'procaster.exe' that this refers to has been changed or moved, and will no longer work properly' ughghghdgejshb
Any help would be greatly appreciated <3
Would love answers as soon as possible! I just hope that this has been a situation that has already happened!

Could you please check the following folders and remove their content:

C:\program files\Livestream procaster

or if you are on a 64 bit system C:\program files (x86)\livestream procaster

It says I need the administrator's permission. :|
