Channel blocks after startup commercial

When we log into our channel, the commercial for Veet starts, and after it's finished, there is no grey bar under the screen with startbutton, share, on air, the numer of streams or anything.

People can't listen or watch anymore. Channel is stuck.

I have the same issue, but some of my friends can still watch my stream without problems, yet me and others can't, the video is working but not the sound, it not just my stream I can't watch any stream either well their sounds won't work.

of course I'm still having it, I just tried, I have Vista 64 bits by the way, I wish this issue could be fixed soon.

Are you seeing this issue consistently with the same ad or are you seeing it with every ad ?

this issue is always there and it start after the ad, the ad is always either jet dry or jet dry turbo dry but the ad always appears without fail so the stream never works, now my friend bolt who had no problems before can't hear any sound either now

so to answer your question it happens with every ads

when refreshing the page non stop the stream works sometime but a ad appeared in the middle of it and I had to restart refreshing, so tiring.

We've temporarily disabled the jet dry ad to see if that's what's causing the issue. You should stop seeing that ad in about 15-20mins.

Can you check again in 20mins, and tell us if you still see the issue when that ad is disabled ?

The ads are still playing but for some reasons they don't glitch my stream for now, I refreshed many times to test it and it seem it is working every times, it look like this issue is gone for now.

I hope it will also works for my friends too
