Random Restart of Video Streaming

When I choose to watch one of my videos on my channel it usually ends up restarting the video... I don't know if it is b/c of me using auto-pilot or not, but recently suddenly my videos will go about maybe 2 minutes then the video will suddenly restart to beginning. I have had people confirm this on their side too. I don't know if it is just my channel or not. Or if I have too many large videos. Don't know why my videos would restart, and even during advertisement it won't finish that then suddenly restart that advertisement. Hopefully you can help me.
