Computer CPU Problem

My Livestream settings are normal quality, my resolution is not that high, but unfortunately my computer CPU rate gets over 80% not even one minute into streaming. This once made my computer shut down, and no matter what I try, the problem won't go away. I would really, really appreciate someone's else on this. Thank you.

Procaster preset you're using

Currently it is ranging from 3% to 60%,
the RAM 3.00 (2.75 GB usable)
My video card is "AMD M880G with ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4200"

Operation System- Windows 7 Home Premium

Procaster Version- 20.2.0 v

Procaster preset- Normal Quality (446Kbps)

Results from Speedtest- Everything was working smoothly.

Please post the actual model/specs of your machine's CPU, as well as your actual results of a speed test with the preferred server set to New York, NY.

Actual model- AMD Athlon(tm) II Dual-Core M300

Speed Test results- PING: 142 ms, Download Speed: 16.65 Mbps, Upload speed: 3.26 Mbps

Using your current system you'd likely only be able to stream at the mobile preset using your webcam.
