Want to Improve Video Quality

I have actually been wondering if this was possible or not. I have had concerns about the quality of my streams, and thought it would be great if I could run multiple streams at different quality levels so that users who chose to, can view the higher quality stream, while those who can't, may chose a lower quality stream. I will check out the download, thanks.
