video/sound lag

The problem I'm having with the stream is that as I'm watching it like someone it hitting pause then play. but only for the streaming video not the chat any help that you can offer pleas give it thank you.

Is this in regards to one particular channel or video and is the content live or on-demand?

im getting this with almost every channel, whats odd is only the streams themselves are skipping. advertisements load and play perfectly fine. i had no issues until a few days ago. also to be clear what happens is first i press play and see the loading ring for about 1-2 minutes, then it'll play about 3 seconds, cut out for 5-10 or so then play 2-3 seconds more. at this point it continues to do this ad nausem.

At this time all channels both premium and free are published to the same servers.

Fansox,

This speedtest has to do with your ISP and your individual connection speed. This does not have to do with Livestream. We recommend streaming from a dedicated wired connection, if possible. If you're not plugged in already, please see if this improves your speed.

Are you still experiencing this issue, Dynemanti? Please share the channels where this is happening. It's possible that this could be a connection issue on your side or the side of the channel producer.
