I just got a new tablet (Genius mousepen 8x6) and when I launch the procaster and try to use Pressure in Photoshop, it doesn't work. But when I exit procaster, it works fine again. Is there a fix or a setting to allow pen pressure to work in procaster?

One5860,
At this time not all USB devices are supported by Procaster. This could explain the issue you are experiencing. I'll forward your model and the behavior to our Procaster development team. Thanks, Matt Livestream Producer Support |

Could you also post the Photoshop version, your windows version and the method you're using for capturing (desktop or game mode).
We've tested on the following scenarios: -Windows XP Sp3 -Windows 7 64 bits with procaster 20.1.0 and it keeps the pressure sensitivity in photoshop. |

cricketts801,
Not all USB devices function properly with Procaster. If you haven't already, I would suggest upgrading to the latest version of Procaster available at the following URL: http://www.livestream.com/forum/showthread.php?t=7604

i already tried updating to latest update of client
20.2.69p and it still wont work im running in a Windows 7 home premium service pack 1 4gb ram Intel core i5-2310 2.90GHz 2.9GHz OS 64bits photoshop version is cs3 extended 10.0 and using a Genius tablet mouse pen 8x6 the pen pressure was disabled in the versions of procaster that i have had which were 20.2.0 or something like that and the new one 20.2.69p normally running in 1366x768 screen resolution is there is anything else u need to know to help me.. us.. solve this.. Let me know ALSO i found a way through it but its still not comfortable to work like this opening photoshop after i press the GO live button will enable the pen pressure but once i click in any other place outside the photoshop layout task bar, procaster chat windows, any other window at all immediately disables the pen pressure again i have been dealing with this problem for a while and its already in my nerves try and link us to some drivers or something i already tried looking for the driver named in the beginning of this thread but cant find anything and i know for sure it wont work since it goes with certain client version or at least thats what i assume Hope u guys solve this problem soon... Thanks in advance Xaenyth~ ps: i apologize as of english isnt my main languaje but i try my best. |

Xaenyth,
We have not tested with a Genius tablet specifically, but we can confirm that pressure on 20.2.69P works in Photoshop when using a Wacom tablet. I'll forward your tablet and behavior to our Procaster team.
