Constantly Falling FPS

No matter what I seem to do, I can't get a stable FPS rate.

What can I do to stabilize it?

With the information you gave it's impossible to tell what your problem could be. You'd need to give system specs and streaming settings.

Most of a tip I could give offhand is make sure your net connection can handle the bitrate you're trying to stream at, and make sure your processor is powerful enough to stream at the resolution and framerate you have set.
