Log In To Chat

For me, logging in with a nickname to chat is very easy and streamlined. I never anticipated that it could be difficult. However, you wouldn't believe how many viewers we had that couldn't figure out how to chat on our launch weekend.
I think they click the "LOGIN" button...see the livestream login request...and then think they have to create an account. I don't think they realize they have to click the little pencil next to "LOGIN."

Anyways, my recommendation would be that when a viewer clicks on "LOGIN", the nickname option appears. It wasn't confusing for me, but viewers were confused.
