I don't know what exactly caused this to happen, and I'm wanting a solution ASAP.
I just joined Livestream today, and Procaster has been working fine for me up until these past few minutes. I was running Procaster to stream live video of my art work in progress, and all of a sudden a blue screen popped up on my laptop talking about a "file dump". Explanations?? I really want to keep streaming. Is it because I'm using a laptop? Or does using a laptop have anything to do with what I experienced? |

MissPhotoshop,
I'd suggest uninstalling Procaster, restarting your system and installing once again. If this doesn't fix the issue please open a support ticket and reference this thread. In the ticket please include your full system specs including CPU, RAM and video card If possible please include a screen shot of the crash. Thanks, Matt Livestream Producer Support |
