I'm streaming a financial program from my computer screen, and while the stream gets around 25 fps, the text on the screen is completely illegible. I really only need to refresh the screen about once every minute, but it would be really nice if the text were legible. Is there any way to decrease the fps as low as it'll go and instead use the bandwith to stream a legible screen? I looked through the settings but couldn't find anything obvious.

increasing the framerate gets you a better picture rather than decreasing it. You can alter your target framerate under the video tab of Procaster. Can you please provide a screenshot of the issue you're experiencing? Is this happening in scree mode, 2d mode, or 3d mode? Best, Jason |

Ok, i guess i'm a dummy. I increased the target rate to 29 as suggested, but more importantly, i noticed that the output dimensions were much lower than my monitor's resolution. I increased that and now it's much much better. You can take a look now at livestream.com/gatornuke.
I took a screenshot, but the site won't let me upload it (it's too big i think). but it was in 2D mode. |
