Default Suggested TV Card?
Instead of using a webcam, we'd like to use something to take live TV and stream it out.

Is anyone doing this? Does anyone have any suggestions on hardware?

what I recomend is EasyCap with RCA cables + a S-video.

Smile Easy TV and Chris TV
I am using a generic "Easy TV PCI card and the Chris TV program. I can simulcast from any channel available on local cable or input video through the Capture device. Works great!
