Can't View Livestream

This is a post for a friend who can't even access the livestream website to make this post.
He can't, as I said, access the site. He can't even view streams that are embedded. He's tried different browsers and still nothing. He only has this problem with his laptop. As of now, said laptop is all he has.

He runs on:

HP 2140 mini notebook
Windows XP Professional 32-bit

Has he ever been able to view a live show or a VOD clip?

As him if he has a firewall, even if he is not running one himself if he is using a wifi / hotspot location they may be blocking multimedia sites.

Can he play a youtube clip?

Any way for you to get a screen shot of his desktop of Livestream.com?

I need to know if he is getting a 404, 500, or other type of error.

UPDATE: Does he have flash installed? He may need to re-install or update.

As taiwanbrown said, he should upgrade to the latest version of Flash (and update his browser, as well). However if he can't even access the forum, it's likely a network issue related to security settings or firewall settings. He should contact his network administrator.
