it happens at random intervals, and I remember this happening once before as well, in any case, all of the viewers are having the same issue!

Exclamation Chat Message Limit?
Many people have been experiencing problems with this:

"The current message limit for this channel has been hit. Please try sending your message again later."

It keeps appearing any time anyone wants to type something, and it really is a nuisance. I enjoy chatting along with others, and would really like to see this problem fixed.
