It seems that this is a local issue with your Firefox, NGTV_ThekiD. The support team is able to view the channel with Firefox. If you haven't done this already, I would upgrade to the latest versions of Firefox and Flash, and possibly reinstall Firefox. If that doesn't work, I recommend contacting Mozilla.
