adriesilva,

I'd suggest reviewing our user guide and the above posts on this thread. Our user guide can be found by navigating to Livestream.com/userguide

Hey, I want to stream a show with my friends and have gotten Livestream to work and everything on my computer, but when I test it out by watching the livestream on my sister's computer, there's an annoying echo on the audio. I have my computer's speakers off and the only audio in the mixer is "speaker's audio."

I've tried recreating the problem just now and it's working fine. Is this just something that comes and goes? I don't have the livestream open on the computer that's streaming.

Kyatenaru,

This is likely something to do with your configuration. Did you have Livestream Studio open or the audio monitor enabled from within the Procaster Audio Mixer? If you have further problems please let us know your workflow, software you're using and if available a screen shot of your audio mixer.

Default video library

Hello,

I have an unverified channel. I have streamed from a camcorder and in the video library of the channel I see the saved video listed. How do I download this video file to my computer?

Thank you,

Charles

To download your content go into your Manage Library tab. Once you are in your Manage Library tab click the white arrow in the blue recording button. You will see the specific clips on the left side , highlight that clip and on the right hand side you will see a thumbnail come up. Click the Download button under that thumbnail.

to get to this you have to click "my account" on livestream then click "studio" for the channel you want to access (if you have more than one channel).
from there you can see your library and download the files.

Default video library

Hello,

Thanks for the responses. It was the "studio" button that I was missing. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

Bullet2UrHead,

You'll need an HD capture device such as the Blackmagic Intensity Pro or Studio and a computer running software such as Procaster.
