stream starts lagging after 20-30 minutes?

So When I stream it goes smooth as can be for viewers and everything then roughly after 20-30 minutes it starts lagging really really hard anybody know how to fix this? This is for starcraft 2 btw and I can normally do 1-2 games but after that is when the lag starts.

My computer specs:
gtx 260 16 core
4 gigs of DDR2 ram
Intel Quad core Q8400 2.66ghz
Windows 7 ultimate 64 bit

My internet connection according to speed test
Download: 5.48 Mb/s
Upload: .54 Mb/s

I know my upload speed sucks but I dont' see how that would cause everything to start lagging after about 20-30 minutes again any help is appreciated thanks!

What you describe sounds to me like an issue with buffering; given your slower upload speed this certainly makes sense.

Also, what are your encoding settings?

Well it also seems to slow down my frame rate in game as well.

My encoding settings are the normal quality.

As a test, trying creating a Custom setting with a lower bit rate. If you also lower the frame rate it may compensate for the loss of quality because fewer frames means more bits per frame. This will impact motion a bit but it might be a workable compromise.
