The Hauppage HD PVR isn't supported by Procaster at this time, so it will not show up as a source in Procaster. If you wanted to use this device you would need to stream with Procaster in desktop mode.

i am aware of this, the method i posted before was how to stream live "console" gaming using the software that comes with the HD PVR in procasters "desktop" mode
the only - with this mothod of streaming is a slight delay in video being shown in the recording software (total media Extreme) |

cmxbl,
We'd recommend capturing the video from your Xbox360 via an HD capture card like the Blackmagic Intensity Pro or Studio card and then using Procaster to stream. Matt Livestream Support |

Hello all. I've been streaming PC games for a while now, but have taken an interest in streaming console games (mostly games from my wii). Can anyone tell me the basics of this? How much will a decent setup cost, what equipment I need, stuff like that. Thanks in advance.

PhoenixM,
You can find the recommended specs for such a machine here: http://www.livestream.com/userguide/..._on_Livestream Additionally, you'll need a video capture device, several different ones can be found in our store here: http://store.livestream.com/ Matt Livestream Support |
