Live Video Chat and Scheduled Programming

Does anyone know if a live video chat is in the works? I'd like for my viewers to be able to video chat with me live to where everyone else can also enjoy the conversation. But I don't want to use a third party application. Sort of like the chat box we have now, but video and with the ability to choose who gets on air with me in conversation. That would be fun!

Also, will at some point we be able to schedule the autopilot programming?
