Uploading Problem Of My Video Files?

I have a big problem. After having uploaded my VIDEO file and inserted it in the list of CONTROL AUTO PILOT, the Video doesn't depart.
This is happening with some video of mine. The only thing that emerges in the storyboard is the lack of indications of the minutes.
What do you suggest me?
