API IRC RSS XML Scripts Integration

I'm part of a multi-user streaming channel that has ended up using IRC.
I think it would be nice if we could retrieve info about the channel in such a way that an IRC or and RSS Feed/XML script could interpret it.
Such examples would be:
Current Clip
Live? Yes/No
Username of Streamer
Elapsed Time "Live"
Any Text Overlays
Framerate
Ping
Bitrate(Audio and Video and Total)

I realise some of this is doable with the API, but maybe it would be possible to allow channel owners to set up an XML script that calls the information directly instead of the API stuff.

Mostly I'd just like more information callable from the server about current stream status and such so that an IRC script could retrieve it.
