I would like to request the ability to set a delay on live broadcasts, specifically for online tournament games such as StarCraft II.
This is to remove the possibility of competing players using the stream to gather information on their opponent and map location. A delay of perhaps 5 minutes up to 10 minutes would suffice. I saw a post back in 2009 requesting this but there does seem to be any more information and editing the XML file does not work. I am now having to record and commentate games as a spectator and then encode them for YouTube/Livestream well after the matches have ended. |

Hello,
Delay in streams is not possible at this time. This might be a feature we support in the future, but right not it is not on our current roadmap. |

Thanks for the response - it would be extremely handy to have this feature going forward.

I was wonder if there was any chance this would make it into the procaster program soon? The ability to add a delay to the stream?
Thanks, |
