saved mp4 file ends abruptly

I can broadcast my cast easily but when it saves in my video folder the mp4 file ends 15-20 seconds (I am not sure how long it actually cuts out) before the stream actually ends. What is the problem and how do I fix this?

Others have reported this a while back and I thought the problem may have been fixed.

What happens if you try recording a new stream now?
How are you streaming (Procaster, Studio, something else)?
How long are you recording for?
