Videos gone in Channel

I don't understand why my videos are missing in my Anime Channel. Only 1 person has been on since Last night, and I doubt they deleted all my videos, of course theres a chance, tho if that is the case, Mogulus needs to have a feature to let only the Owner remove videos, or something of such, tho I do not think it was my own Team Member who did it.

Please get back to me on this, I would really like to know whats going on, I had 300-400 videos, 2 months of uploading, I'm totally about to leave Mogulus cause I'm not uploading all that again, there is not feature to get all my videos back, my channel is animellive website is www.animelive.co.cc I really would like an Answer even if you can check my logs or of some sort.

ps. my channel does not and never has contained any Hentai (Anime Porno) just for the record.

We are looking into this, issues like this can occur occasionally when we do server upgrades and if it happens we can usually restore the channel to the last date when there was content in the channel.

This had occured to me also today.

One of my storyboards disappeared from the library after I deleted it from the autopilot list. The folder still shows that there is 1 storyboard inside, but when I open the folder the storyboard is missing.

Are storyboards deleted when removed from the autopilot?

Storyboards should not be deleted when removing them from auto-pilot.

Any issues related to missing storyboards or video clips should be directed to info@mogulus.com so it can be escalated to our engineers if necessary.

hi. today (August 27,2008), when I went to check on my mogulus channels (english and the spanish), I notice something strange on kftvonline_espanol1 .
it was that all my Graphins and the videos were removed from the channel. I am still uploading from there and getting ready to start transmiting a least at this Friday. But why was all my videos and storyboards deleted and the logo was not even showing up??
if there is anything to fix it, put it back to August 22,2008?

Hi, We looked into this and there appears to have been no content in your channel on Aug 21 or Aug 22. If there is another date when you had content in it we may be able to restore to that date, but in this case you should e-mail info@mogulus.com.
