flash embedded mc donalds advert problem

when this ad appears, if you do not click out of it and do not hover over it, it will disappear but, the embedded player no longer has sound and there are no controls on the player, the only solution is to refresh the webpage.
please fix this bug as i am getting a large quantity of viewers complaining they have to reload the website in order to continue listening.
98% of the listeners are accessing the website from NY, if this helps reproduce the problem (mc donalds flash ad may not appear in other states/countries)

Is this still happening?
From NY, I tested going through several commercials. I didn't get the McDonalds commercial. The commercials I played behaved normally, going back to your show a few seconds after ending.
