Default Yet another problem with the new viewer

I embedded the new combo player. The layout is the fouth one. (The one with chat and on demand videos on the right.)

Several viewers report that there are scroll bars in the player, bottom and right. The bottom one obstructs the controls along the bottom of the player, the right one obstructs the ends of the chat line and partially obstructs the "SAY" button in Chat.

I confirmed this by bringing up my page on six different machines. Three machines have the scroll bars and three don't.

Two machines are running AP and internet Explorer version 8, one has the bars and one does not.

Two more machines are running Vista and Internet explorer 8, one has the bars and one does not.

The final two machines are running Windows 7 and Internet explorer 8, one has the bars and one does not.

The page is at: http://tallasseetvlivebeta.blogspot.com/

Default And Yet one more problem with the new player

The Safari browser from Apple can not display the new embedded combo player. It gives an error message about the size of the player.

I've tried all the different sizes, none of them work in safari.

The old player workes fine in safari.

The page where this is happening is: http://tallasseetvlivebeta.blogspot.com/

The scroll bar on the right thinks the widget is twice as tall as it really is.

The scroll bar on the bottom does not take into account the width of scroll bar in the chat frame.

Now it seems to be happening on all computers.

Default More problems with the new embedded player

I embedded the combo player (format #1) and viewers can't change colors to the ones they normally use.

The color map in chat does not fit inside the vierwer, only the left 2/3s of the colors are available.

Default New embedded player, Yep. ANOTHER PROBLEM

The titles of items in the On-Demand library are being tuncated for some viewers.

Combo player, first format, (the one with video library below and chat on the right.

On Vista and XP the folders display correctly with the name of the folder under each quad thumbnail. The names on my folders are "Tigers", "Tallassee Elementry School", "Interviews", Oz Report",etc.

On Windows 7 machines, they show up with the following text below the thumbnails: "T...", "T..." , "I...", Oz... etc.

Since support may check with a machine that renders the page properly, can you provide screen shots of the browsers showing the issue?

I'm a bit confused by your explanation. Video Player allows me to select all 10 colors available.

Combo Widget Layout 1 (or any other layout in Combo Widget) does not offer a color selection.

Can you please explain in more detail or provide screenshots as examples?

I repeat:
Viewers can't change colors to the ones they normally use.

My question has nothing to do with chaning the color of the player.

Using the combo player format 1, below the CHAT, viewers can select bold italic underline or COLOR.
When a viewer clicks on the color button, a rectangular display of 256 colors is supposed to pop up so the viewer can select the color their name displays in the chat window. The right third runs outside the frame and can not be seen or clicked on. Many of my viewers have been using the same color for two years, now they can't access their favorite color.
