I have this quite frustrating problem (and it seems I'm not the only one who has it),
When I stream live I have no issues at all, but when I put the channel on auto pilot or VOD all of the videos that are streamed lag so badly that you just cant watch the channel. It plays a few seconds of a video, than freezes, stops for around 10 seconds or so, than plays those seconds again, and freezes and repeat. My viewers also reported the same things (with all kinds of browsers and up to date flash player), and its the same when I'm viewing it. Also it happens when I'm viewing other channels that are on auto-pilot. Is it some decoding problem on the videos? Do I need to maybe convert them? Or does this happen to everybody at the moment? (maybe because the videos are all recorded in MP4 or something?) I have around 2,5 hours of footage being auto-piloted, that can't be the problem, right? How can I fix this? PS.: It's not my internet. http://www.speedtest.net/result/984204831.png |

This is happening to all of my clients. all VOD is stuttering...independent of internet connection. Live streaming is working fine with both a tricaster and using the podcaster. Livestream, is this a known issue?

I have the same issues on my channel. We just have 3 videos cycling at the moment and they freeze every minute or so, as described above - sometimes more often.
I really hope this is a temporary thing as I've got a live launch in a month with pre-recorded inserts to be played. Not a connection issue on my side either i shouldnt have thought (50mb/down 1.7mb/up). |

I've just deleted all my storyboards and I have a few second clip repeating its self, because why have hours of auto-piloted videos on when it isn't even watchable...

Several people with the same issue but I need more details.
If you watch AutoPilot or VOD clips on other channels do they show the same issue? If it's on your channel(s) only try downloading the clips and tell me how they play from your desktop. Run this test as well. Ideally your results should be an "A" grade. http://www.pingtest.net/ |

![]() I think it's an issue with the site since I just registered in hopes of being able to watch an archived VOD (thought maybe member status = solution). Is there any way to download the videos off another user's collection? |
