Default Same issue

I am having the same issue with song introductions I have on Livestream. Sometimes they play fully but quite a few cut out early. I played each one in the Livestream to verify the audio was there and it was. So, that's not the issue. Has anybody been able to find an answer to this?

Thanks in advance - Mike

I have this problem too. My videos always get cut on the last 2 seconds and I think it's because of this blur transition between videos. Why can't the videos just fully play, there's no need of a transition between videos? Just remove it, many people will be happy!

Question livestream studio

I have had my channel playing for a couple of weeks. Today, I cannot get my computer to play my livestream. It says offline although my studio shows it's playing and how do I fix that please?

occugramma,

What encoding software are you using (ie. Procaster, FMLE, Studio, etc)? Could you try restarting your channel by following these steps:

-Go to your Account Center
-Click the 'More' button at the far right of your channel
-From the options that roll out below your channel, click 'Restart'

If you're using Procaster, please be sure to update to the latest beta version for your OS
