If your computer has a USB3.0 port I'd suggest the Intensity Shuttle, if you only have USB2.0 you can use the H264 Pro Recorder, however this option is only viable for more powerful computers. You would be able to use the Pro Recorder on your machine, however it will likely max out at medium + mobile quality setting. Any higher and you will run the risk of using too much CPU. With USB3.0 you could use the Intensity Shuttle, however this has not been tested with your specific processor, so there is a slight chance this configuration will not work properly.
