A way to ban a viewer entirely?

Hey all.
I'm not sure if the answer to this question is already posted somewhere, and if so I couldn't find it.
I was curious if there was a way to permanently ban a viewer/IP address from being able to see your livestream. I saw that if I were to get Livestream Premium I could slap a password on the channel itself, but I'd like to try and view all my options first.

In studio or webcaster, login to CHAT using your Livestream username, (the one who owns the channel).
Click on the users chat line and then click on the IP ban forever radio button.
