BloodRoseAngel,

Please run your speed test to a server in New York, NY for more accurate upstream information to our servers. Also, be sure you are on a wired network connection as opposed to wireless for the best possible connection.

Umm, then lower the data rate of your encode or chose a lower quality preset. "or something" isn't exactly specific though.
It can throw a CPU warning as well if you're trying to encode at settings your computer can't handle.

HiddenOblivians,

You should also try doing a speedtest to NYC here: http://newyork.speedtest.net

This will give you accurate speed results to NYC where our ingest servers are located.

LexaAMBlaze
It seems this is your first post to the thread. What's your issue?
Upload seems OK but the fluctuation in your download has me concerned. While it's not important for sending the live stream it might indicate issues on the line.

On your pingtest you don't have a packetloss results. You have to enable Java in your browser preferences if you're using a Mac. I also find FireFox is a bit better for that test. If you have any packet loss other than 0% that would be a problem.

I did some testing to the NYC servers and my results are (for speediest.net) PING: 111 ms Download Speed: 26.12 Mbps Upload Speed: 4.97 Mbps. When I try streaming a movie it says my CPU% is too high and I don't know how to fix that. I looked at my storage and I've only used (rounded numbers) 81 gb out of 273 gb. Which leaves me with around 192 left.

CPU% is relative to your CPU ability.
You can lower that by selecting a lower resolution preset or manually creating a setting at a lower kbps.
Otherwise you may need to consider getting a more powerful computer.
Personally I'd recommend a Haswell Quad i7.
