Procaster - Broadcast Audio WITHOUT Ventrilo?

Hey, I was wondering if there was a way to set it up so that you could hear me over ventrilo, when I que'd my mic instead of just hearing the que sound. The only way I seem to find is letting my mic stay active 100% of the time, which would be really annoying because I have puppies and they are pretty annoying.

You might be able to accomplish what you're looking to do by using a program such as Soundflower (Mac) or Virtual Audio Cables (PC).
