Livestream currently doesn't have a mobile encoding application. We do however have a partnership with Qik to stream from mobile devices to your Livestream channel.

Are you still experiencing this, marshcovefarm? If so, is it on multiple channels? The names of these channels would be helpful.

I've been able to view our live streams on my Android phone but now I get a "Cannot play video - Sorry, This Video Can't Be Played" error. The problem seems to have started when we recently upgraded to the latest Procaster. Anyway my mobile is an LG Optimus S with Android 2.2.2 and my channel is http://mobile.livestream.com/columbialifechurchtv/

One test is to set up a live stream to your own Channel with Procaster using a mobile compatible preset and then give it a few moments (30 seconds or so)and then test on your Nexus One Android.

Procaster? Isn't that $350 a month?! Expensive test...

Do not use the T-Mo Chat App. Go to The Android Market and get Qik Video. Try following the instructions here:

In the Qik Video App, try "Record & Share" Clicking "Record" should go live to your Livestream channel.

Hope this helps. If it doesnt, then just open a support ticket with Livestream. Sometimes Qik changes something that disables it from going live to Livestream.

Procaster is free to use. You can download it at livestream.com/platform/procaster.

To stream from Qik, please see the following link:

You have to complete the integration on qik.com, and then go live from the Qik app in public mode.

i try a qik experiment with livestream but dont' work live! i set all, all ok guide i read but don't work! please can you help me? in mobile qik and livestream compatibility i look x10 but not my x10 mini, is this the problem?

another thing: I make my live show with adsl, I tested and i have 640k upload speedtest, but I have problems with audio sync with flash media live encoder (video comes before and after the voice). I tried everything ... I do not know how to do .. also because with flash media encoder I can juggle it all better, quality. Can you help me?
