That's very poor ping time. It looks like you're testing with a distant server though. You mentioned you're in Australia but you're testing with a server in Frankfurt Germany. Can you test with a local Australian server. There should be a test server in Sydney as well as Canberra.

Packet loss Excellent. Ping Pretty good. Jitter Not good.
Put in a support ticket to your ISP as well. Ideally your overall grade to a local server should be A. B would be OK. C is a problem. Show your ISP the results of the Pingtest. They may be able to improve that on their end.

All other services stream find (youtube etc). Flash/java are up to date. Problem occurs in Firefox (3.6.8), Chrome (5) and IE (8)

Your ping and download speed look good. Are you still having this issue?
What is your location (country) and ISP?

I live in NSW, Australia and my ISP is TSN Internet.

Hey, I'm getting the exact same problem. My connection is good but every time I try to watch livestream I get the constant lag/stutter.

I'm from sydney and here are the tests:

Since every other site works fine i'm assuming its a problem with the livestream servers :S
