Getting horrible lag even in low quality

Hey there.

I'm having a lot of trouble with lag when I try to go live on my procastor.

The fps is very low *like 15* and my upload rate *kbps is jumping between 80-112ish* seems to be pretty low, to.
Need some help fixing this.

Also a quick update on the problem. It seems that my computer percent usage jumps to 100% and stays there as long as i'm live. :<

If you can, please let me know the specs of the computer you are using to stream. Also if you can, please give me the results you receive from www.speedtest.net

I have this problem too. I tried all the fixed registry things without payment, so I only got like 20 errors out of 400 deleted.

My Ping is 142 ms.
Download speed: 15 mbps
Upload speed: 22 mbps

If you can, please let us know the specs of your computer, and what exactly you are trying to stream.
