Exclamation Logo doesn't upload
none of the icons and logos i have will upload. they all meet the standards to be used but every attempt fails.

I am having difficulty in uploading my logo and banner. Please can you suggest how I should do it.

Hi,
Please ensure that the file is in a supported format (jpg, png or gif) and under 500KB max. If the image is in a supported format and under this file size, please create a support ticket and send us the file to troubleshoot further.
