I just made a Livestream account for my art, and when I try to log in to Procaster, it comes up with this error message:
"Error The network name cannot be found. This is probably due to network problems." What is that supposed to mean? I'm typing in my user name and password correctly, I know that, but it's still coming up with this. ;___; Help? |

Try uninstalling Procaster and then downloading and installing again.

Hello Everyone,
This issue is related to everyone who is running an earlier version of procaster. Please update to either the latest version which can be found at http://cdn.livestream.com/procaster/Procaster.exe Or Give our new beta a try with new features such as dual bandwidth streaming, a robust audio mixer, h264 local recording to your computer, and many other features at http://cdn.livestream.com/mds/Livest...er-20-0-58.exe If you are still having problems with this same error, please let us know what version of procaster you are running. I just tried installing the new version, and that fixed the problem. Thanks!
Also, you may want to correct your beta link there. The URL gets truncated and the whole thing doesn't show up even in the hotlink. |
