Problems with uploading VOD vids

I've been trying for the last 2 days to upload videos to the Video on Demand section of the player, but when I try to drag the video across I get THE RED X, instead of the green X.

I'm really not sure what I'm doing wrong, I have the VOD enabled, the clips are owned by me, and I have all the folders setup?

When I try to drag the video across from the folder on the left to the Public VOD library on the right it gets rejected every time.

I have tried this on two different channels.

Oh I see how now,

you have to drag the entire storyboard over, not individual video files!

You cannot Drag a folder over, you gotta create it, then Drag over the Storyboards into it (unless this was changed since I last tried it).
