Need help Optimizing Procast

I'm currently trying to broadcast League of Legends using Procaster and whenever I try to broadcast using the Game selection and I go back into my game. The broadcast is always a blackscreen, or it doesn't broadcast at all or the broadcast is really laggy.

I've turned down the quality but the result is the same.
