Adding text to video stream?

Hi,

I wanna know if anyone knows anyway of adding text to my video stream(example: name of players). This needs to be changeable on the fly, and i need to be able to set positioning. My guess would be using a program that would add that to the feed before Procaster, but i've beeen unlucky in finding such a program.
