Default No Stereomix?!

Hello. Here's my Problem:
I Just wanted to Stream some games with my Voice... Now i use the Plantronics Gamecom 777 Headset which is connected to my Computer Through USB.
I get the Mic sound, but don't get the "What You Hear" Sound.
In addition, my Interface is Kinda wierd http://www.bilder-hochladen.net/files/fgip-1-jpg.html on the left, there's My Audio Tab, and on the right one of a Friend of mine. Why dont i Have the "Camera audio" and "Screen audio" but just "Source"?
I downloaded the new Version already, it doesn't use anything!
Please Help me,
Overrice

At this time, audio mixing is not supported in windows xp due to the fact of how windows addresses audio devices
