Chat being cut off

I noticed when I made the player Tall with Menu (its 800x600) and the chat gets cut off, can't even use the bar to scroll up or down to see above the chat, I have to use the mouse wheel.

I typed, copy and pasted the part that was cut off so you can get an idea.
