[Encoder API] Custom source broadcasting

Hi,

We'd like to broadcast towards Mogulus using the FastVDO SmartCapture[1], which does h264/AAC+ with RTP.

For this, the encoder API should :
* provide the possibility to upload/copy-paste a custom .sdp file (which i can provide) or add built-in support for specific devices (mostly, the sprops-parameter-sets value) [2]
* offer an API call for getting the destination endpoint and the associated RTP ports for audio & video

Definitely functions I'd like to see in the pro version. I read at least H.264 will be supported. I too would like to stream via RTP as well, so that function would be a really welcome addition!
