Invalid Username and Password

Hi

Used Procaster for a week, then I started getting "INVALID/USERNAME & PASSWORD" error once I sign up (auto login), so I resetted my password.

Try logging in with the new password, same problem.

I then created a new Channel, thus, new username & password. Login "INVALID, USERNAME & PASSWORD".

created a 3rd Channel, same problem.

Any ideas?

I have the same problem. Thought it was the proxy and firewall at my organisation, so found a port and made it 100% open, still no joy.

Ustream Producer gets through, but no sound.. the race is on...

If you're using wifi or router, try connecting wired to your broadband modem. That'll just confirm it's not a router firewall proxy issue.

Make sure you're using current version of Procaster too. 10.0.124.

Another thing to try is see if you can use a webcam and log in to your Livestream studio without Procaster. That'll confirm that the issue is specific to Procaster vs an issue with your accounts.

Post back with the results ASAP after you try the above.

i got this problem too!

i tried everything possible

2 times i resetted my password and i get a new account and it still isnt working...:x

everytime the same ****ing mistake


Loading to 22%
3 or 4 seconds waiting...
then Error: Invalid Username/Password

my router is called fritzbox(cable)

every other login is possible ...

help me:x

ask me 4 more informtion !
